November 18 Expansion InformationThe Blue Ridge Landfill TX,LP operated by Allied Waste/BFI filed a Landfill Permit Amendment Application (MSW-1505A) with the TX Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) on 1/25/06 to expand the existing landfill as follows: from 302 waste footprint acres to 784, from 599 permit boundary acres to 1345, from 58 feet max height to 170 max height, from a 13 year life to 40 years. THIS WILL BE HUGE!!! The permit application is at the Missouri City library for public review.
